Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

And I have waited until the end of this year.

This summer I typed every single word of my first published book into my computer so I could send it to one of my electronic publishers. Why? The book was written on an old Smith Corona Office Electric and the carbons and corrected MS are long gone.

Last night the publisher put out a call for a book to be suggested to be moved from 2007 to next June. In this business, that is getting to be a tough schedule. But possible, if the book has already been edited and published once. All I had done was update it here and there, and it's already under contract. This morning she told me we are a go!

So look for BUILDING PASSION from Awe-Struck in June of 2006!

5-Heart Review for "My Enemy, My Love"

Dear Friends,

I hope you don't mind my sharing a snippet of this 5-Heart review from LoveRomances.com. I am thrilled!!!! :o)

~~~~~~~~~~~
Ms. Wylie depicts the war-torn South through the deteriorating conditions at Pleasant Run Manor and on the road from the prison. Bit by bit, the reader sees the genteel ways of the Southern family eroded as foodstuffs become less and less, and a crisp apple becomes a welcome meal.
My Enemy, My Love is a passionate love story that evokes a myriad of emotions in the reader. This is not a “fun” story to sit and read over a weekend. It is a story to savor, to sit and ponder, and to become a part of. The characters will stay with the reader long after the final page is read.
This reviewer eagerly awaits Ms. Wylie’s next book. To read the whole review, click on the link:
Glory Not in Vein
Slowly, surely, I've become hooked on the Erotic Romance Writers Forum for authors and aspiring writers. Phaze author Emily Veinglory maintains the forum, which features a number of M/M erotic authors. So, if you like The Healing and Jack of Hearts, why not stop by and what else there is in the genre to read? That is, until The Commoners and Jack of Diamonds are completed.
And, if you haven't already, be sure to enter my Sugar and Spice Christmas Giveaway!
